Junior Collections Specialist with Greek

Your responsibilities would include:
- Owning the Customer Ledger and being responsible for keeping it clear and meeting collection targets.
- Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos, including Cash/Pre Legal Collectors, Sales, and Customer Service, to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections and disputes management.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
- Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Managing the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy.
- Driving improvements, being customer-oriented, and using language skills to liaise with local customers and understand their pain points.
- Using strong analytical and digital skills to create better insights and ensure disputes are resolved and prevented from repeating.
- Demonstrating proactivity in improving customer satisfaction and reducing dispute-resolution timelines.
- Managing customer queries, solving and closing disputes, and performing root cause analyses.
- Working collaboratively with other HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection and dispute processes and adherence to standards.
- Regularly updating the Team Leader about developments, progress, opportunities, and challenges.
- Driving personal development in finance-specific skills and business knowledge by implementing a development plan.
- Ensuring process controls, policies, and compliance are adhered to, and suggesting improvements as appropriate.
- Maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Greek at least at C1 level.
- English at least at B2 level.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to deal with resistance.
- Understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process.
- Business knowledge.
- Experience in a multinational environment, including Shared Services Centres.
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
