Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) and Spring Boot microservices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions for enterprise data management, including data deduplication, match and merge logic, and microservices-based integration with frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data models within Oracle MDM.
• Implement data deduplication, match and merge rules for golden record creation.
• Configure survivorship rules, data cleansing, and validation processes.
• Work on data quality, governance, and stewardship frameworks.
• Develop and deploy RESTful microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Manage APIs using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Integrate Oracle MDM with external systems through APIs, middleware, or messaging queues such as Kafka.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance tuning of microservices.
• Implement security using OAuth2 and JWT, as well as caching and service monitoring.
• Work closely with data architects, frontend developers, and business analysts to gather requirements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle Database programming and PL/SQL certification.
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and ETL processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on expertise in data deduplication, match and merge, survivorship rules, and golden record management.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
• Python-based automation testing.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on expertise in Automic job scheduling.
• Experience with Grafana, OpenSearch, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
