Java Application Developer

We are looking for a Java Application Developer to join a DevOps team working on the further development of an application based on Java technologies. You will help modernize applications on the cloud platform of one of our clients.

Your tasks include:

• Developing code
• Ensuring integration and testing
• Coordinating with Product Owners and architects
• Automating DevOps processes
• Collaborating with other DevOps teams

Required experience and skills

• At least 4 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, OpenShift and API integration
• Front-end experience with technologies such as Angular or React
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English
• Interest in further developing skills in Kotlin and/or Quarkus
• Experience with Scrum/Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing

Location

Hybrid, centrally located in the Netherlands, with 1 to 2 days per week on-site with the client.
