About the Role

We're looking for an Inventory Support team member to join our Supply Chain team at DB Breweries. In this role, you'll be the link between our physical stock and system records, helping ensure inventory accuracy across our warehouse network and keeping our operations running smoothly. What you'll do

  • Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliations
  • Process stock returns and inventory transactions
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve stock issues
  • Monitor stock rotation and identify risks relating to aged or short-dated stock
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete stock adjustments
  • Investigate rogue pallets and unidentified stock
  • Support damage and inventory loss reporting
  • Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong working relationships across operational teams to improve inventory performance and accuracy

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2 years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment
  • Knowledge of inventory processes such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and stock rotation
  • Experience using WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  • The ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to safe work practices
