Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Intern to join its Systems & Methods team. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in project management, business intelligence, and digitalization while supporting ongoing projects, team collaboration, and data-driven solutions.
Essential Functions
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Update internal documents such as team presentations, project documentation, and team channels including Microsoft Teams or SharePoint.
- Assist with planning, coordination, and logistics for team events, workshops, and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support for meetings, presentations, and other project-related tasks.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet all education, experience, and skills requirements.
- Currently studying Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Understanding of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data, interpret insights, and support decision-making.
- Experience with or interest in learning Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
- Studies outside the United States.
- At least three semesters of study in a relevant field.
- Availability for a minimum of six months.
Additional Details
- Preferred start date: April 2027.
- Paid internship with an hourly rate of $18.
- Visa costs covered.
- $700 housing bonus.
