Tasks
Mercedes-Benz is hiring an international intern for a shared position in Program Planning and the exclusive individualization label Manufaktur at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc.
The Program Planning team aligns an efficient and stable production program for the GLE, GLS, EQE, EQS and Maybach carlines, collaborating with central program planning, sales and Powertrain teams in Germany. The team also manages option codes and production capacity. The Manufaktur team steers individualization activities and fulfills exclusive customer demands, including special paints and editions.
The internship offers first-hand experience in the production process, insights into Mercedes-Benz Operations and the opportunity to build an international professional network.
Other regular daily tasks
- Automating daily production, efficiency and KPI reports
- Moderating weekly team meetings and shop floor management, including digital tools
- Organizing frequent team workshops
- Tracking tasks, important milestones and program fulfillment
- Ensuring parts availability for Manufaktur content
Qualifications
Applicants must be students in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Controlling, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration or a related area, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a Bachelor's and Master's degree
- Studies outside the United States; applications from students currently studying in the U.S. are not accepted
- At least three semesters of study in a relevant field
- Available for a minimum of six months
