Essential Functions
- Support the Financial Operations Team with continuous improvement projects, administrative tasks, and process digitalization.
- Use Power BI, Excel Power Query, PowerPoint with ThinkCell, OneNote, and other tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Generate ideas for continuous improvement in other processes using new technology.
- Develop digitalization projects that transform manual routine tasks into automated solutions using RPA, Power BI, Excel Power Query, and related tools.
- Perform the monthly QTC tire payment process.
- Create, edit, and refine work instructions and process documentation.
- Support project management for a new financial system implementation.
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings and events, including mass email communication.
- Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, ad hoc reporting, compiling information and data, and email communication.
- Complete and support other assigned projects and tasks.
- Provide project management support, schedule meetings, organize calendars, prepare documentation, and communicate training verbally.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Controlling, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is required; emphasis on Excel, with VBA preferred.
- High attention to detail, especially in communication and presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete numerous tasks in a timely manner.
- Skilled in using technology and digital platforms.
- Fast learner with the ability to think outside the box.
- Willingness to work on both administrative and strategic tasks.
Preferred: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI and Power Query, SAP knowledge, and project management experience.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
- Studies outside the United States.
- At least three semesters of study in a relevant field.
- Availability for a minimum of six months.
