Internship in Finance System Project Support (International Student)

Tasks
This internship supports the Financial Operations Team with continuous improvement projects, administrative tasks, and process digitalization.
- Use Power BI, Excel Power Query, PowerPoint with ThinkCell, OneNote, and other tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Generate continuous-improvement ideas using new technology.
- Develop digitalization projects that transform manual routine tasks into automated solutions using RPA, Power BI, Excel Power Query, and related tools.
- Perform the monthly QTC tire payment process.
- Create, edit, and refine work instructions and process documentation.
- Support project management for a new financial system implementation.
- Support meetings and events, including mass email communication.
- Perform calendar management, ad hoc reporting, data compilation, email communication, and other administrative tasks.
- Support project scheduling, documentation, and training communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Controlling, MIS, Computer Science, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Office experience required, with emphasis on Excel; VBA preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Technology and digital-platform proficiency, with the ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
- Willingness to perform both administrative and strategic tasks.
- Preferred: intermediate to advanced Power BI and Power Query knowledge, SAP knowledge, and project-management experience.
Benefits

Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
- Studies outside the United States.
- At least three semesters of relevant studies.
- Availability for a minimum of six months.
