Tasks

This internship supports the Financial Operations Team with continuous improvement projects, administrative tasks, and process digitalization.

  • Use Power BI, Excel Power Query, PowerPoint with ThinkCell, OneNote, and other tools to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Generate continuous-improvement ideas using new technology.
  • Develop digitalization projects that transform manual routine tasks into automated solutions using RPA, Power BI, Excel Power Query, and related tools.
  • Perform the monthly QTC tire payment process.
  • Create, edit, and refine work instructions and process documentation.
  • Support project management for a new financial system implementation.
  • Support meetings and events, including mass email communication.
  • Perform calendar management, ad hoc reporting, data compilation, email communication, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support project scheduling, documentation, and training communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Controlling, MIS, Computer Science, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience required, with emphasis on Excel; VBA preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Technology and digital-platform proficiency, with the ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
  • Willingness to perform both administrative and strategic tasks.
  • Preferred: intermediate to advanced Power BI and Power Query knowledge, SAP knowledge, and project-management experience.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
  • Studies outside the United States.
  • At least three semesters of relevant studies.
  • Availability for a minimum of six months.
