Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. (MBUSI) is hiring an international student intern to support the Executive Office of the President and CEO at its Tuscaloosa, Alabama facility.
Essential Functions
- Support the Executive Office of the President and CEO of MBUSI.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Help organize and execute internal events.
- Research and compile information for special projects as assigned.
- Help organize, prepare, and execute management workshops.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for Operational Management Team meetings.
- Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Prepare communication materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- High motivation and willingness to learn.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent English proficiency; good German skills preferred.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
- Studies must be outside the United States; applications from students currently studying in the United States are not accepted.
- At least three semesters of study in a relevant field.
- Availability for a minimum of six months.
