Intern, Warehouse Operations

Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the world's most successful automotive companies. Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated in 1995 and is responsible for the assembly and distribution of passenger cars.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented student to gain hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations as a PDC Warehouse Operations Intern. The internship is full-time for six months.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and reporting of logistics operations KPIs, including manpower allocation, inbound and outbound capacity, and error rates.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations coordination, including attending shop floor meetings and updating operational data.
• Support location maintenance activities, including bin location management, clearance coordination, and status reporting.
• Participate in the Test Environment Warehouse project, contributing to process standardization and warehouse staff certification activities.
• Assist with planning and scheduling machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Accounting, and Logistics Management to ensure accurate data, documentation, and payment processes.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the six-month internship period through the end of April 2027.
• Strong data management, coordination, communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Detail-oriented, careful, flexible, reliable, responsible, and collaborative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawing and CAD is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills are preferred.
