Intern SAP Finance & Accounting Transformation Project (Mandatory Internship)

At FC.OS, we focus on digital finance solutions and systems to create sustainable business value. This includes defining standardized business processes and financial standards, as well as analyzing, designing, developing, operating, and integrating digital finance solutions within the broader Finance & Controlling systems and data landscape.
Our Financial Service ART – GALA (Global Accounting Landscape) is responsible for global accounting business solutions within the Finance and Controlling environment of Financial Services companies. We are accountable for the operation, continuous enhancement, and international rollout of our SAP-based Global Accounting Landscape, collaborating closely with local markets, Shared Service Centers, and international project partners.
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting and support the rollout of global accounting solutions across Africa, Asia, and Pacific markets. You will participate in international implementation project phases, including requirements gathering, testing, end-user training, data migration, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
Your Potential Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis and Business Support: Participate in process workshops, analyze and document market-specific requirements, prepare Business Requirements Documents, and clarify local business and process-related questions.
- Testing of business requirements: Create and adapt test cases, support test automation activities, and assist with test execution alongside subject matter experts and local market representatives.
- Data Migration: Contribute to migration mappings, validate migration results, and support data quality assurance.
- Project Reporting: Support monthly status reports and maintain CenSol reporting, including implementation status for requirements and change requests.
- Audit Support: Prepare project documentation, review development documentation, coordinate clarifications, and maintain documentation in the audit management tool.
The internship can begin from October 2026 and must be mandatory at this location.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program focused on Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field requiring a mandatory internship.
- Initial knowledge of accounting and controlling processes and a strong interest in financial topics.
- Interest in end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes and SAP-based solutions in an international project environment.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in translating business requirements into sustainable process and system solutions.
- Proactive mindset, structured working style, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
