Intern, Production Planning and Logistics (Pekan)

Tasks

• Study and improve intra-logistic processes.
• Improve productivity by performing ergonomic evaluations, time studies, simulation, and line balancing.
• Conduct cost and budget analysis and warehouse capacity utilization analysis.
• Document processes and optimize supply chain flow and processes to minimize wastage.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital transformation projects.
• Prepare, update, and submit reports whenever required.

Qualifications

• Field of study: Degree in Manufacturing, Automotive, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
• IT skills: Passion for digital technologies and innovation. Computer literate, preferably with experience in Power BI, Python, and data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Language skills: Good command of English with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Other qualifications: Experience leading work groups of different levels and functions; adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies; strategic thinking ability; interest in software development, problem-solving, and technical challenges in software development and software architecture.
