Requirement Analysis: Gather and translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solutions.
Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and apply technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Feasibility & Implementation: Evaluate feasibility and support implementation to deliver business value.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with IT teams and business units to ensure project success.
Document Preparation: Prepare specification documents, presentation materials, meeting records, company announcements, and video demonstrations.
Continuous Learning & AI Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, especially AI and data solutions, and proactively propose innovative ideas and improvement initiatives that can create business impact.

Six-month internship; minimum 3 days per week. Please state your available start date in your resume.
Valid Taiwan work permit required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
Familiarity with digital tools such as M365, Power Platform, and other AI products.
Support adoption and promotion of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI Agents across business units and end-user communities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive, a quick learner, and team-oriented.
