Tasks

FMS/MI is in charge of regional IT department finance. The team handles cost center planning, budget checks on IT project costs, plan-versus-actual analysis, IT Service Agreement lifecycles, billing on project milestones, and accounting support for month-end and year-end closing activities.

As an intern, you will learn how IT financial projects are handled and managed while working with financial data in a dynamic IT environment.

Assist in preparing IT Service Agreements by conducting sanity checks.
Assist in following up on IT Service Agreement lifecycles with service providers.
Prepare weekly reports for service providers on outstanding IT Service Agreements.
Support the monthly billing cycle and conduct posting checks in SAP.
Assist in managing daily actual financial data from SAP to the Self-Service Tool via RPA.
Handle administrative records and tracking for IT Service Agreements and daily billing.
Assist in preparing monthly management report data.
Assist in calculating allocated costs during planning cycles.
Assist in performing sanity checks on monthly cost center reports completed by the Shared Service Center.
Assist in testing Financial Automate IT systems.

Qualifications

Possess a college diploma or associate degree and be pursuing a degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Be a highly motivated, independent worker with a positive working and learning attitude.
Be able to work in an international and intercultural context.
Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in SAP-FICO and Excel-based data warehouses is preferred.
Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
