Your Internship Role

As an Intern Business Enablement, EU Supply Chain, you will join the Europe Supply Chain Strategy & Enablement team. The team connects strategy with execution, creates transparency across priorities, and enables effective leadership decision-making while working with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Sustainability, and other cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Do & Learn

• Assist with research, analysis, and consolidation of inputs for Europe Supply Chain strategic priorities and transformation topics.
• Support the preparation of presentations, meeting materials, and leadership updates.
• Help maintain and improve project trackers, portfolio overviews, action logs, and recurring business updates.
• Gain exposure to supply chain strategy, business enablement, technology demand planning, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Develop structured problem-solving, data analysis, storytelling, stakeholder communication, and project coordination skills.
• Contribute ideas related to AI adoption, sustainability compliance, process simplification, and operational excellence.

What Would Make You a Match

• Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire internship.
• Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Available from February 1, 2027 through July 31, 2027.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.
• Interested in supply chain, strategy, transformation, AI, sustainability, and the sports industry.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI, Copilot, or other analytical tools are a plus.
• Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.

Internship Conditions

• Start date: February 1, 2027.
• End date: July 31, 2027.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Working hours: 39 hours per week, full-time.
• Contract type: Internship; student status required throughout.
• Holidays: 10 days during the internship.
• Location: Hoogoorddreef 9A, 1101 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
• Transportation costs covered by adidas.
