Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple product and packaging innovation projects from concept development to launch for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide full support for product and packaging innovation projects from concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, business proposal, and approval.
- Lead innovation project kick-off meetings and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate project discussions, including kick-off meetings, project update meetings, and lessons learned sessions, ensuring decisions and updates are effectively communicated.
- Regularly monitor innovation projects, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Assess project delays, identify risks, and propose accelerations to keep projects on track.
- Ensure the accuracy of information and compile all required inputs for complete project documentation and supporting materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management roles.
- Background in innovation project management within industries such as pharmacy, R&D, supply chain, or marketing.
- Proven leadership skills and strong soft skills.
- Proficiency with Gantt charts, stakeholder matrix mapping and management, risk analysis, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and effective time management.
- Experience in innovation projects related to consumer packaged goods is required.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
- PM certification in PMI, PRISM, PRINCE2, Agile, or another project management framework.
- Experience interacting with international stakeholders and leading projects in global accounts or companies.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Veeva, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English and Excel proficiency.
