Infrastructure System Administrator

Your Role

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Administrator to join our IT team. We seek a professional with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience administering hybrid environments, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Manage virtualized environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
• Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity.
• Manage network infrastructure, storage, and critical services.
• Support migration, upgrade, and technology modernization projects.
• Ensure the implementation of security and compliance policies.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization, including VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
• Good knowledge of technical English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent certifications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and system hardening.
