About the Role

IMS SBC Integrator Engineer

IMS Expert specializing in SBC and responsible for technical solution delivery according to defined low-level designs (LLD).

Your Tasks

• Develop instantiation templates and generate or validate MOPs from LLDs and data-fill sheets.
• Onboard and deploy SBCs.
• Integrate and configure SBCs according to defined LLDs.
• Execute and document system and functional ATP test cases and artifacts.
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and ATP test-case issues, following up with care and customer teams with TPM support.
• Open trouble tickets through the proper channels, including internal JIRA and Salesforce.
• Support migration of IMS services.
• Support delivery-to-care handover processes.
• Test feature activation.
• Prepare MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades.
• Test software upgrades in the lab and prepare golden MOPs.
• Perform SBC software upgrades.
• Provide four-eye support.
• Provide post-upgrade support and work closely with care and 4LS teams during emergencies.
• Share knowledge and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Capture lessons learned in the LL tool.
• Support internal JIRA processes for the team and practice.
• Provide L2 support only for projects where explicitly agreed.

Your Profile

• IMS expert specializing in SBC.
• Responsible for developing SBC certifications in coordination with KMCD.
