HR Generalist - People & Culture Administrator
Location: Northern Italy or Central-Southern Italy, with a rental contribution of up to €2,000 gross per month for 18 months and reimbursement of relocation expenses.
Contract and hours: Permanent, full-time employment, 40 hours per week across five days out of seven, with availability for shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Pay: Third level under the ConfCommercio Commerce, Distribution and Services collective agreement, with a gross annual salary of €28,500 paid over 14 instalments.
About the role
Reporting to the Store People & Culture Business Partner, you will manage store HR processes with increasing autonomy and responsibility for a store with at least 100 colleagues.
- Administration: entering attendance, managing shift changes, sickness, holidays and payslips.
- Organisation: supporting managers with schedules based on commercial requirements and organising holiday plans.
- Recruitment: publishing adverts, screening CVs and interviewing candidates for store sales assistant roles.
- Training: managing new colleague induction and development plans.
- Safety: organising mandatory training, reporting, personal protective equipment and emergency plans.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist in a structured organisation.
- Positive, energetic and dynamic approach, with collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people focus, interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Planning and organisational ability, with precision and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday across five working days.
- Willingness to relocate within Italy, with a preference between the Northern and Central-Southern areas.
