At CACEIS Malaysia, our HR team is dedicated to driving a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling business growth through strategic people initiatives.
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with CACEIS Malaysia leaders in the planning, development and enablement of an agile, adaptable and highly competent workforce at all levels. You will:
- Lead support to Senior HR Business Partners on the integration of talent management initiatives relative to annual processes.
- Ensure effective and collaborative relationships within HR, supported businesses and other functional partners.
- Assist with complex or sensitive day-to-day people issues.
- Act as a single point of contact within designated business units for people-related issues.
- Champion the importance of people on the business agenda.
- Assist with overall CACEIS Human Resources initiatives.
Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree plus HR certification preferred.
- 8–10 years of HR experience spanning a broad range of disciplines.
- Previous HR experience, preferably in financial services.
- Knowledge of the business being supported and HR management.
- Financial business sense and project management skills.
- Coaching, strategic influencing, partnering, relationship management and customer insight skills.
- Strong business acumen and consulting orientation.
- English language proficiency.
