Job description
You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Sweden as a Global Investment Banking Analyst. The analyst will be integrated into the Stockholm-based Nordic corporate finance team in a front-office role with exposure to key clients and wider teams within the bank.
As a V.I.E. analyst with Crédit Agricole’s Global Investment Banking division, you will work directly with experienced professionals in the Stockholm-based corporate finance team, developing advanced research and analytical skills and experiencing all aspects of the investment banking profession.
Main responsibilities
- Support the origination and execution of Nordic M&A and ECM transactions.
- Prepare marketing materials together with local colleagues, industry groups and product specialists across the bank.
- Assist in the execution of M&A mandates, including buy-side and sell-side processes, process coordination, financial analysis, internal coordination activities and transaction support documents.
Eligibility
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Hold a postgraduate Master’s degree.
- Be an EU citizen.

Education: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
Training and specialization
Degree from a ranked university, business school or engineering school. Preferred specializations include Accounting, Finance and Business Administration.
Professional experience with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and an interest in developing expert skills are expected.
