Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier is a leader in institutional property management in France, offering comprehensive support for residential, tertiary and commercial assets.
Reporting to the Residential Technical Manager, the Residential Technical Manager is responsible for the technical monitoring, maintenance and long-term preservation of the assigned residential property portfolio, in compliance with applicable regulations. The role serves as a key contact for co-owners and tenants, ensuring proper building operations, quality technical service providers and cost control.
Technical property management
- Conduct regular building inspections.
- Identify maintenance, refurbishment and improvement needs, including water damage, fire, infiltration and equipment failures.
- Consult, select and coordinate companies working on the property portfolio.
- Analyse quotations and participate in negotiations.
- Monitor interventions, including schedules, costs, quality, safety and compliance.
- Monitor maintenance contracts for heating, lifts, ventilation and plumbing.
- Participate in preparing maintenance and works budgets, including quotations, invoices and budget variances.
- Contribute to optimising operating and maintenance costs.
Occupant and stakeholder relations
- Act as the key contact for tenants, co-owners and condominium boards.
- Provide clear technical advice and responses in managing and enhancing the property portfolio.
- Attend co-owner meetings when necessary.
- Coordinate service-provider interventions that may affect occupants.
- Ensure a high level of service quality and resident satisfaction.
- Promote the activity to owners to develop a new service offering.
Profile
Higher education in real estate or an equivalent qualification, such as a business school, university or BTS. At least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar position.
Required skills include general building maintenance, residential building regulations and safety, works management and monitoring, rigour, organisation, interpersonal skills, responsiveness, prioritisation and customer orientation. Proficiency in Office 365 is required; knowledge of ALTAIX would be an advantage.
