UAF LIFE Patrimoine, a company within Crédit Agricole Assurances, is a distribution platform for financial and insurance products serving wealth professionals. The company is growing and has more than 150 employees, mainly based in Lyon.
We are looking for a Back Office Manager on a permanent contract in Lyon Part Dieu.
Main responsibilities
- Manage and record new business and all contract servicing activities, including payments, surrenders, advances and administrative actions, in accordance with applicable management rules.
- Carry out other administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the management department, including procedures.
- Contribute proposals to improve processes and tools.

Qualifications and skills
Minimum education: two years of higher education, from Bac+2, preferably in insurance, law or management. Ideally, you have initial experience as a manager or administrator.
Technical skills include managing operations and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of life insurance is a plus.
Key interpersonal skills include customer service orientation, strong written and verbal communication, adaptability, organisation and teamwork.
