You will join the Payments and Flows Division in Clichy, within a 25-person Interbank Flows team. The team handles banking transactions initiated by LCL’s commercial networks and other services.
You will receive training from a colleague until you become autonomous across the different activities. You will develop expertise in interbank flows and respond to research requests from network employees and correspondent banks.
Responsibilities
- Process research requests concerning foreign operations from commercial network advisers, ensuring consistently high-quality responses in line with service commitments.
- Monitor interbank accounting flows, ensure their proper settlement, and proactively investigate and resolve outstanding items.
- Provide telephone support to commercial network advisers, responding to their issues and following up on cases while adhering to LCL quality standards.
Knowledge of interbank flows would be an advantage. The role is open to persons with disabilities.
Remote work is available under the company agreement, subject to mutual agreement between the employee and manager and successful completion of the integration period. The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Training in banking, commerce, or back and middle office.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Rigor, dynamism, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of service.
