GenAI Lead

Capgemini is looking for a GenAI Lead to create reusable GenAI assets and training pathways for junior professionals, helping establish common language and best practices for efficient, reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other GenAI Leads to share ideas and discuss the latest technological advances.
• Develop technical solutions supporting client proposals by understanding business needs and requirements.
• Lead the creation of software, templates, best practices and project archetypes for the internal marketplace.
• Create learning materials and training pathways, mentoring colleagues and supporting internal reskilling and upskilling.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cloud and API frameworks.
• Experience leading internal academies or communities.
