Your Mission

You will manage and deliver strategic funded R&D projects in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and emerging Quantum Computing technologies. You will also contribute to developing new funded projects by supporting proposal preparation, redaction and submission to European and national funding programs.

You will operate at the intersection of project delivery, financial governance and innovation development within a highly collaborative and international ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities

Drive the execution of strategic funded projects

  • Lead the day-to-day management of complex, multi-partner R&D projects.
  • Coordinate international consortia involving industrial partners, research institutions and public stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and contractual commitments.

Ensure financial performance and compliance

  • Manage project budgets, financial tracking and funding allocations.
  • Consolidate effort and financial data across internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead the preparation of project reviews, audits and evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Coordinate a complex international ecosystem

  • Act as a central interface between R&D teams, finance and management.
  • Manage dependencies and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Support partners in delivering their contributions.
  • Facilitate communication and issue resolution within the consortium.

Contribute to proposal preparation and submission

  • Contribute to identifying and analysing relevant funding calls.
  • Support preparation of technical, financial and administrative proposal sections.
  • Participate in interactions with funding agencies during submission and evaluation phases.
