Your role
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant at Capgemini, you will guide organizations through complete HRIS implementations and help them unlock the full potential of their HR processes.
- Preparation: Gather customer requirements, advise on solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, and present the overall solution.
- Realization: Guide customers on business challenges, design HR processes, configure requirements in the software, and develop and execute testing.
- Training: Help customers understand the implemented solution from business and technical perspectives and prepare training materials.
- Ownership: Develop expertise in a domain, drive initiatives for Capgemini Belgium, participate in project management and presales, lead teams, and coach colleagues.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar functional HRIS consultant or trusted advisor role.
- Hands-on experience in at least one Oracle Cloud HCM module is required: Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, or Learning.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist certification is an asset.
- Proactive ownership and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
