We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join the Homebush DFO Factory Outlet in NSW on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:

• Supporting best-practice day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service.
• Providing feedback on required store resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and maintain a premium stockroom model.
• Representing adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Ensuring compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards in the store back of house.
• Proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
• Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supporting the store management team in providing an outstanding consumer experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience

Experience as a retail team leader in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear, and knowledge of stockroom procedures, will be highly regarded.
