Role
We are looking for Leads who can create a better tomorrow, exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, build relationships, and serve as passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassadors.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, MS Office, and related software.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and bending. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
