Full-Time Retail Professional - Sydney Brand Centre Halo Store, NSW

We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the team at our adidas Sydney Brand Centre on a full-time basis.

A Retail Professional at the Sydney Brand Centre is responsible for driving store net sales and consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity and contributing to an active selling environment. A Halo store represents the pinnacle of adidas retail across sales and customer service, operations, people, product knowledge, visual merchandising and brand activations.

Purpose & Relevance for the Organisation

• Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Support the store management team by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
• Represent adidas and its products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Amplify the brand with every decision and action while inspiring consumer loyalty.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

• Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
• Motivation, energy and passion for achievement in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

You must be available to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility across the store's weekday and weekend trading hours.
