Full-Time Retail Professional - NEW Originals Concept Store Opening SOON in QVB, Sydney

Do you love sport and fashion? adidas is seeking a passionate Retail Professional to join its team on a full-time basis and help open a brand new Originals Concept Store in Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building.

The successful candidate will be an efficient, proactive leader with a connection to sport and a passion for working for a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership of them, and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
• Represent adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours

Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Applicants should include their availability in the application.
