Job Description

• Implement product requirements in software systems based on one or more technologies or products.
• Develop products and consult customers on product requirements.
• Design system architecture and software components based on customer requirements.
• Independently implement and provide quality assurance for product increments, including test automation, CI/CD, and Black Duck.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as part of software development projects.
• Build, test, and run software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a related field is required.
• Education in IT or a related industry.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and free and open-source technologies.
• Experience with enterprise technologies such as Jira and Confluence.
• IT or programming-related certification.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Good customer service orientation.
• Analytical, passionate, and focused on technology and product quality.
• Result-oriented thinking and action.
• Product-oriented mindset.

Knowledge and Skills

• Develop highly complex components and systems and take responsibility for them.
• Master and implement solution alternatives involving technologies and programming languages.
• Take responsibility for overarching software architecture and design.
• Abstract technical relationships and create complex technical documentation.
• Design and develop reliable and scalable enterprise architectures.
• Advise customers and acquire projects.
• Manage medium and large development teams.
• Present designed and developed software solutions to customers and experts.

Technical Skills

• Backend: Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MQ, Python
• Frontend: Angular 21, TypeScript
• CI/CD: Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
• Cloud: GCP

Mid-to-senior-level candidates with 3–5 years of experience and hands-on web application development experience are preferred.
