FT Supervisor - Converse Carlsbad

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $27.30. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Role and schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Work includes nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE.
• Support customers throughout their shopping journey and exceed their expectations.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual display duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
