About the role

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow to drive innovation at the intersection of ServiceNow, Generative AI, and enterprise automation. In this global role, you will design and deliver AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators that strengthen the ServiceNow portfolio and support digital transformation.

You will work with architects, product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across regions to build scalable platform capabilities, develop intellectual property, and accelerate AI-driven automation.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom applications.
  • Build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer.
  • Develop AI-powered automation solutions and conversational experiences.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, service catalogs, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and platform best practices.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external enterprise platforms.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities.
  • Support upgrades, release management, deployments, and production stabilization.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, and defect resolution.

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform engineering.
  • Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or custom applications.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, AI Search, or Predictive Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, scoped applications, update sets, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Very good English communication skills, minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agent-to-Agent and Model Context Protocol integration approaches.
  • Understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI architectures and enterprise use cases.
  • Exposure to CRM workflows and customer operations processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or release management.
  • ServiceNow AI-related project experience.

Work model and location

Location: Poland. Model: Hybrid, with a maximum of two office days per month depending on location.
