- 12+ months of experience in a sports or fashion customer-focused and commercially focused retail environment, with advanced selling experience and broad product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Team leadership and customer service skills.
- Understanding of KPIs.
- Strong analytical and training skills.
- Confidence conducting feedback conversations.
- Product knowledge and good English skills.
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team.
- Ability to understand the store's needs and act accordingly.
Your activities
- Lead by example, coach and coordinate the shop floor, and ensure continuous development for the store team.
- Drive store sales with the team to meet targets by delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store consistently meets brand standards, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and customer service standards.
