Your Role and Impact
As a Retail Floor Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily store operations and lead the sales team by example. Your primary objective is to support the store’s sales goals, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high levels of customer service and store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and motivate sales associates to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Actively participate in sales, demonstrating best practices and contributing to store sales targets.
- Support management with inventory tasks, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of competitors.
- Contribute to a team-first and inclusive environment.
What We Are Looking For In You
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, ideally in sports or fashion, including team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Consumer-first mindset and performance-driven attitude.
- Passion for the adidas brand.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, computer software, and POS systems.
