As Floor Manager, you will take ownership of a key area of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding service, strong commercial results, and an unforgettable adidas consumer experience.

What you'll do

• Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals to deliver against sales and KPI targets.
• Create an exceptional in-store experience by coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, acting as a role model for service, selling, and brand excellence.
• Use commercial insight and performance data to improve sales, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate daily floor operations, balancing customer service and operational execution.
• Support product availability by working closely with stockroom teams to maximise replenishment and reduce missed sales opportunities.
• Drive execution of visual merchandising standards, campaigns, and in-store communication.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Ensure operational, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Step into Assistant Store Manager responsibilities when required.
• Foster a positive team culture reflecting adidas values.

Who you are

• An experienced retail supervisor, team leader, or floor manager with a passion for consumer experience.
• A confident people leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of retail performance indicators and sales drivers.
• Passionate about sports, fashion, and the adidas brand.
• A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving retail environment.
