In NIKE Retail Stores, a department manager is called a “Coach.” As a Coach, you will use your expertise in exceptional consumer service to deliver a premium brand experience, lead and motivate employees, manage daily business to reach sales targets, improve areas based on consumer feedback, support NIKE initiatives, ensure compliance with NIKE standards and cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.
Commercial Coach responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy and visual presentation standards.
- Ensure smooth inventory processes so the sales floor is full, presentable and aligned with brand standards.
- Work with department leads overseeing product receiving and visual presentation while managing the overall product journey in store.
- Take responsibility for monthly initiative launches.
- Use reporting tools to make effective commercial decisions.
- Achieve accurate inventory to fulfil digital orders.

What you bring
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
- Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Experience and competency in exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
