NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Commercial Coach to join its retail team at Nike Kings Cross. The Coach delivers exceptional consumer service, leads and motivates employees, manages daily departmental business, and ensures store standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation standards.
• Ensure inventory processes keep the sales floor full, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee the overall product journey in store alongside department leads.
• Manage monthly initiative launches and use reporting tools to make commercial decisions.
• Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
• Coach and develop the team while creating an excellent work atmosphere.
• Serve as a NIKE brand ambassador and support training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

What you bring

• A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
• Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Experience and competency in exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
