NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Coach to support its retail team at the London Icon store. In Nike retail stores, a department manager is called a Coach.
What you will do
- Deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
- Lead, coach and motivate employees in your department.
- Manage daily business to reach sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising and the sales floor.
- Identify and improve areas based on consumer feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives and train your team.
- Ensure the store complies with Nike standards and guidelines.
- Cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.
Coach role areas
- Commercial: Lead product receiving, inventory accuracy, visual presentation, initiative launches, reporting and digital-order fulfillment.
- Athlete Experience: Lead team engagement, support hiring and onboarding, manage scheduling and maintain a positive Nike culture.
- Consumer Experience: Lead sales-floor service, develop brand knowledge, complete training and use data to support continuous improvement.

What you bring
- Passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
- Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Experience serving consumers exceptionally.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
