Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Manage truck maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, vehicle readiness, utilization, routing, delivery assignments, and driver licenses.
- Plan customer orders and routes using SAP and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Monitor fleet efficiency, driver productivity, delivery accuracy, expenses, violations, and energy consumption through operational dashboards and reports.
- Supervise and train drivers and helpers, manage attendance and vacation plans, and follow up on appraisals.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance, procurement, vendors, and service providers to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with NAFSA requirements, road and customer risk assessments, emergency procedures, SOPs, and safety programs.
- Track incidents, breakdowns, invoices, purchase requests, quotations, and vendor performance.
Education and Experience
- University degree.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Experience supervising drivers, managing vehicle maintenance, and optimizing fleet performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP, Maximo, Zycus, GPS tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and RCFA methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic and English language proficiency, both oral and written.
- High attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
