You have experience in banking management control and want to gain a comprehensive view of Group management control. You enjoy discovering new activities and understanding their impact on the income statement. Your communication skills are recognised, and you can adapt to different stakeholders.
By joining Group Management Control, you will contribute to the management of CACEIS, working closely with Finance departments, other CACEIS Group departments in France and abroad, and the Management Control teams of Crédit Agricole S.A.
Your missions
Within the Group Management Control department, you will be responsible for a scope of cross-functional monitoring and/or subsidiaries with which you will maintain regular contact, enabling you to share the information required for your analyses.
You will participate in preparing dashboards and analyses for each closing and each budget milestone, including forecasts, budgets and quarterly landing estimates. You will use the information collected to explain changes in the income statement.
You will contribute to preparing documents for CACEIS General Management, Crédit Agricole S.A. Management Control, statutory auditors, the Board of Directors and any other relevant body.
This position will enable you to gain a transversal view of CACEIS activities in a context of company development, understand the Group budgeting process and interact with numerous stakeholders in France and abroad, including Finance departments, operational businesses and support functions.
Your department
Within CACEIS, the Finance business line includes all financial functions for the CACEIS Group's own account. It covers accounting and consolidation, management control, Finance Business Partners and profitability monitoring, ALM, corporate tax, Finance projects and change management. The skills developed may lead you towards other roles within the Finance department.

Profile
- Master's degree in Audit or Management Control, or a business school qualification.
- Confirmed experience in management control.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Rigorous, analytical and curious, with the ability to produce reliable information on time.
- Ability to document and share activities with the team and raise alerts when necessary.
- Strong organisational skills for managing information flows involving multiple stakeholders.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and basic ability to use AI.
- Operational fluency in English is required due to international interactions.
