Tasks

Business unit support: Provide advice and support through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting and pricing assessment. This includes financial KPI steering, deviation analysis, business case analysis, profitability improvement, pricing strategy, profitability control and transfer pricing assessment.
Budget control: Support planning, re-forecasting, reporting and purchase requisition approval for marketing, G&A, variable costs and special discounts. Track costs, funding sources and purchase requisitions or purchase orders, work with Accounting on liability provisions, and use the MB Group planning platform.
Digital transformation: Contribute to digitization initiatives, explore AI tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks, and use tools such as M365 Copilot and an in-house AI agent for financial analysis.
ICFR: Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local market for internal control tasks, and maintain processes and frameworks and perform regular control testing within Controlling.
Ad-hoc projects: Support business case studies, AI and automation initiatives, process improvements and other assigned analyses.

Qualifications

Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting and FP&A-related areas. Experience using AI tools for business analysis and insight generation is a plus. SAP and IBM/TM1 experience is a plus.

Personal skills: Open-minded, receptive to feedback, positive, disciplined and responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Able to identify solutions and recommendations that address business needs, multitask effectively and work under pressure.

Specific knowledge: Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, advanced finance, analytical and complex thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English.
