The ESG Research and Engagement team at Amundi is recruiting an intern for a six-month internship. The team leads internal ESG research and engagement strategies across sectors and themes, engaging with companies to improve their ESG performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare research for potential new engagement themes.
- Draft engagement reports for internal and external publication.
- Monitor ongoing engagements on topics including biodiversity, deforestation, human rights, water, plastics and climate.
- Analyse and evaluate company responses.
- Research specific themes to support high-quality engagements.
- Participate in collaborative projects supporting the ESG research and engagement team.
- Perform data analysis as part of the ESG analyst team.
Profile
- One-year Master's degree (M1) or equivalent education in a university, business school or engineering school.
- Specialisation in sustainability, ESG analysis or financial analysis.
- 0–2 years of experience; previous ESG experience is an advantage.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, strong writing skills, autonomy and rigour.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA, Python and ESG data providers.
