The ESG Research and Engagement team at Amundi is recruiting an intern for a six-month internship. The team leads internal ESG research and engagement strategies across different sectors and themes, engaging with companies to improve their ESG performance.
The intern will support the team with:
- Preparing research for potential new engagement priorities
- Writing engagement reports for internal and external publication
- Monitoring ongoing engagements on topics including biodiversity, deforestation, human rights, water, plastics and climate
- Analyzing and evaluating company responses
- Researching specific themes to ensure the quality of engagements
- Participating in collaborative projects supporting the ESG research and engagement team
The internship offers exposure to a broad range of ESG topics, company progress monitoring, data analysis and work within an international team.
Profile
- Currently studying at university, business school or engineering school
- Specialization in sustainability, ESG analysis or financial analysis
- Minimum one-year Master's degree (M1)
- 0–2 years of experience
- Analytical and synthesis skills, strong writing skills, autonomy and rigor
- Previous ESG experience is an advantage
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA, Python and ESG data providers
- Fluent English
Starting date: 05/01/2027. Duration: 6 months. Non-executive position.
