Are you a recent graduate ready to take the next exciting step in your career? Atos is seeking talented and motivated Dutch-speaking ICT graduates for the Young AS Spring 2026 program, starting in March or April 2026.

The program is designed for graduates who want to begin their IT career in the Netherlands and are interested in:

• Coding
• Low coding
• Data engineering
• DevOps engineering
• Automated testing
• AI coding

What to expect

The training prepares you for an assignment in a High Performance DevOps team supporting one of Atos's clients, including government clients.

• Obtain various DevOps certifications.
• Develop the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in a DevOps team.
• Gain the opportunity to obtain one or more certifications in a specialism such as AI, data engineering, coding, or testing.

Requirements

• HBO or Master's degree in ICT.
• Native Dutch language skills.
• Ambition to develop within Application Solutions in business analysis, application development, integration technology, data engineering, DevOps engineering, test automation, or security.
• Ambition to complete a meaningful assignment within one of Atos's teams.
• Willingness to work at a client location.
