Using automotive manufacturing knowledge and experience, you will lead and manage projects involving LEAN Manufacturing, ISO 9001 quality standards, production planning, equipment, and plant-wide operations across areas such as Body Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly Shop, and Battery.
- Plan, prioritize, and control multiple projects for a full plant.
- Perform NISP Programming, Dimension 4 training, MoCa reporting, EE failure analysis, IS tester commissioning, and software coding.
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Analyze data and report key performance indicators related to budget, timeline, and capacity resources.
- Plan complex production equipment, prepare requirements, and obtain and evaluate subsystem offers.
- Support and monitor the setup, approval, and acceptance of subsystems.
- Optimize and document technical processes and systems involving multiple technologies.
- Develop and apply planning standards, technical specifications, procedural instructions, checklists, and process documentation.
- Manage projects and oversee budget tracking, cost monitoring, and reporting for capital and non-capital investments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field, plus three years of automotive manufacturing experience demonstrating the ability to perform the stated job duties.
New hires are subject to a drug test and background check. This role requires working weekends to monitor line changes and equipment installation and coordinate project suppliers.
