Who you'll work with
Within the Global Places & Services team, you will report directly to the Employee Services Manager. As an Employee Services Specialist, you will help shape workplace services at Nike's ELC campus, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to create an inspiring and distinctive employee experience.
Who we are looking for
You are an energetic change maker who enjoys building, moving and improving. You bring at least five years of experience in employee experience, workplace services, facility management or project management.
- Lead complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
- Use dashboards, analyses and tools such as Smartsheet, Qualtrics or comparable platforms to turn insights into action.
- Manage suppliers, contracts and budgets while building sustainable partnerships.
- Experience in hospitality, food services, sport and wellbeing, workspace design, cleaning services or landscaping is an advantage.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and English with stakeholders at every level.

- Create concepts around sport, food, hospitality, workspaces and wellbeing.
- Drive strategic partners to improve quality, innovation and performance.
- Manage contracts, investments and budgets.
- Strengthen Nike culture through experiences and campus initiatives.
- Activate communities, ambassadors and stakeholders inside and outside Nike.
- Collaborate with Communications, Events, HR, EHS, Security, Finance and Procurement teams.
There is no relocation package for this role. Candidates must currently reside in Belgium, except current cross-border workers. Applications are accepted until 21 August 2026.
