Your role
As an Electronics Project Manager specialising in semiconductors, you will play a key role in:
- Leading end-to-end project delivery for semiconductor and electronics development programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and test engineers to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure continuity and quality of delivery.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and processes within the electronics and semiconductor practice.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electronics or semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- A solid technical background in electronics engineering, with hands-on knowledge of semiconductor technologies, components, or related development processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior client representatives.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2, with the ability to adapt approaches to suit project needs.
- A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
