This new role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the team set up as Primark moves to its new fully automated depot in Newbridge. The role will be part of the transition from Naas Depot and the onboarding to new ways of working in Newbridge.
Role overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused EHS Administrator to support the Depot team. This role will enable the smooth running of all compliance and safety-related processes in the new fully automated depot. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and contributing to a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all health and safety documentation and records, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Create new safe systems and ensure successful rollout to colleagues.
- Support the coordination of audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Track colleague training, certifications and renewal dates.
- Assist with incident reporting and follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports, summaries and compliance documents for management.
- Work with internal and external partners.
- Facilitate EHS communications by liaising with internal teams, administering safety alerts and reports, and using internal communication systems effectively.
- Ensure policies, procedures and safety notice boards are kept up to date.
- Support EHS training activities by staying informed about new training trends.
- Organise safety meetings, training sessions and toolbox talks.
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Microsoft Office and digital systems experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Desirable:
- Experience in risk assessments and creation of safe systems of work.
- Warehouse experience or experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation or ISO standards.

Working conditions
This is a shift-based warehouse operation, although the role is primarily carried out during usual core hours of 9:00–17:30. Weekend work is highly likely because operations run five days over seven or for specific planned work; the most likely arrangement is one in four Saturdays. The role requires regular presence on the operational floor and is fully on-site.
